Creating Documents for Signature

All forms and reports are created as templates that you will choose when creating a new document. 

To create a signable document follow the steps below.:

  1. Go to the Overview page
  2. Scroll down to the Documents section.
  3. Click Generate Report.
  4. Click PDF Report (unless you have a custom excel sheet)
  5. You will see all your custom forms along with Encircle standard forms. 

Select a form and fill it in accordingly - It will appear in the list of documents after you save it.
