Available on both the Encircle Mobile App and the Encircle Web App, the general notes feature adds context to any job. 

Keep your office staff, workers, and PMs on the same page by adding notes to claims and reports.

Learn more about a job or detail the actions taken to mitigate the loss. Reduce liabilities with thorough documentation. 

Need to find a particular note? No problem - notes can be sorted by date.

Encircle also keeps an edit log to help you see who has created and edited the notes. (Names do not appear in reports).

The typical use case for Claim Notes:

Office Staff

  • Someone in the office can consume notes to understand what’s happening on the job site.
