2. Reviewing the Claim Prior to Site Visit

When you get a claim assignment take a few minutes to review the file and any photos or notes that may give you insight and help with planning and optimizing the site visit.

If Encircle Link was used for retrieving images and video from the site - reviewing prior to dispatch is optimal.

1. Open the claim
2. Review Photos and Videos sent from Policyholder/Customer
3. Review any documents for signatures or action.
4. Review any "team" notes about the job.
5. Review call details as needed using the Edit / Edit Claim function.
