Sending a Link to the Policyholder

Encircle Link creates a connection between policyholders, service providers, contractors, and insurance carriers through the Encircle Platform. It enables policyholders to share photos and videos in real-time and sign documents remotely without downloading an app.

Guiding the policyholder to use Link

To send Link from the Encircle Mobile App

1. Tap "Share" on the claim home screen, the Share window will open.
2. Tap "Share".
3. Ensure you have the policyholder's email or cell phone number. Tap to Select Documents. Note the document must already be created prior to this step to show as a selection.
4. Tap the Document that you want to send via Link. 
5. Tap Done.  The Link is now ready to be sent.
6. Tap Share and the Link will be sent immediately. Tap the Back Arrow to return to the home page.
