If your external assignments have stopped transferring to your Encircle account, there may an issue with the notifications email address in the external app. that has sometimes disappeared.
Please double check that your Encircle "Magic Email" is properly set up in your external provider.
To do this, you need to login into Encircle as an administrator.
1. Click on Settings.
2. Scroll down and click External Assignments.
3. Follow the steps 1- 10 on the screen under External Setup.
Click "Copy Text" and check the emails in your notifications. Follow steps 3 -10 to replace the missing "Magic Email" if needed.
