Adding a Claim

It's really simple to add a new claim on the mobile app. Here's a 1 min video to walk you through the basics.

Basic Steps

Note:

You can come back and update the information later if needed.

  1. From the Claim InBox tap the Add Claim button.
  2. Enter a Carrier ID or a Contractor ID or an Assignment ID (a value must be entered in one of these fields)
  3. Enter other available information such as an Address, Name, Email, Phone, and Claim Summary.
  4. Tap Save.
