It's really simple to add a new claim on the mobile app. Here's a 1 min video to walk you through the basics.
Basic Steps
Note:
You can come back and update the information later if needed.
- From the Claim InBox tap the Add Claim button.
- Enter a Carrier ID or a Contractor ID or an Assignment ID (a value must be entered in one of these fields)
- Enter other available information such as an Address, Name, Email, Phone, and Claim Summary.
- Tap Save.
