You can add a Link during the flow of the Call Intake or any time after, by selecting Overview and scrolling down to the Link by Encircle Section.
Step By Step
Add a Policyholder Link using a simple text message to have the policyholder send you images and videos of the loss as well as capture signatures on your priority documents.
1. From the Claim Overview click Add Link in the Policyholder box.
The Share with Policyholder window opens.
1. Check to send via Email or Text(SMS), both are selected by default.
2. Ensure the phone number is for a mobile device. (if using the text(SMS) option).
3. Click Generate Report to pick and include signable or informative documents.
4. Click Save and Send. The policyholder will receive the link.
