Managing Users and Permissions
In this article:
*Note that you must have org admin permissions to manage users.
Click the (3 dots) to the right of the user to pull up an options menu.
Edit User Details
- Click Edit Member.
- Change the user's email address if needed. You'll need to enter it twice to confirm.
- Change the user's password. You'll need to enter it twice to confirm. *You'll also be prompted to enter your own password upon saving.
- Update the user's permissions. See the table below for more details about the permission sets.
- Click Change Info when finished making changes.

*All permission sets allow users full visibility and editing abilities within a claim.
Send a Password Reset Link
Users can always request a password reset link on the sign-in page of the app, however you can manually send one as an org admin.
- Click Reset Password.
- Enter your own password to confirm.
- Click Reset Password.
Remove a User
- Click Remove User.
- Click Remover User again to confirm.
* To prevent syncing issues or lost data, try to make sure the user has synced all changes in their app before removing them from the org.
*Removing a user will not automatically log them out of the app on their device. If needed, you can contact our support team to manually end their session and kick them out of the app.
