What to do with a Stuck Sync Message
A Stuck Sync Error can occur at times when several members are working on the same claim file at the same time, typically if someone is unshared from a claim file that still has data to sync.
This is not a fatal error and your data is not lost. You can keep adding photos and documenting. However, your information will not be shared across the network until the SSE is resolved.

Tip
Sometimes when using the mobile app, you can become “stuck.” It means that you have lost a connection to the Encircle servers and anything you're working on is not visible to others working on the same file.
You may need to contact us to get the device to sync again.
Sometimes you might think your device is stuck but may just be slow to sync. The best way around this is to make sure that the app is open and the screen stays turned on.
On iOS devices, it's best to make sure that the auto-lock is turned off temporarily if you have over 100 items waiting to sync.
To turn off the auto-lock on your device. Open the iOS settings, tap Display & Brightness, and set the auto-lock to Never. (Switchback once it's all finished.)
